Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on aci44. If aci44 detects that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be voided pending investigation.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

All accounts are required to complete aci44's KYC verification process before withdrawals are enabled. Account Responsibilities

All accounts on aci44 are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no option to hold a balance in a foreign currency. All deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited in Taka at face value with no conversion fee applied by aci44.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

aci44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following mobile financial service providers available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may be available subject to minimum thresholds and are processed manually. 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your aci44 balance within approximately two minutes of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. aci44 does not charge any fee for deposits. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes of payment, you should contact the 24/7 support team via live chat with your payment transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, around the clock including weekends and public holidays. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay may take up to 60 minutes. aci44 does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply standard transaction charges in accordance with their own fee schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and registered mobile number used to make the most recent deposit. aci44 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. A minimum withdrawal amount may apply; the current minimum will be displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if aci44's compliance team requires additional identity verification documentation.

4.5 Responsible Use of Funds

All funds deposited on aci44 must be your own legitimately obtained money. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on aci44 cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed in the sportsbook at the time of betting. Odds are published in decimal format and are correct at the time of display. aci44 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time before a bet is accepted, including in response to significant market movements, breaking news, or suspicion of irregular wagering activity.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed when aci44 issues an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that are not confirmed — including those that time out due to connectivity issues or market suspension — are not valid and no stake will be deducted. In the event of a dispute over whether a bet was placed, the transaction records held by aci44's system constitute the authoritative record.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to a brief delay between the real-world event and the odds displayed on screen. aci44 takes no responsibility for bets placed on the basis of information that was already known at the time of bet submission due to this inherent delay. aci44 may void in-play bets where it is determined that the bet was placed after the relevant event outcome was already decided.

5.4 Casino & Slot Games

5.5 Game Malfunctions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Intellectual Property

All content on aci44.io — including but not limited to the aci44 brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of aci44 or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing on this platform constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any element of aci44.io without the prior written consent of aci44.

• The account has been used to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• The account holder is under the age of 21 or has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Continuation of the account presents a reputational, regulatory, or financial risk to aci44.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the aci44 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real-funds balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Amendments to These Terms

aci44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, aci44 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where the changes are considered significant, aci44 may additionally notify registered players via their registered contact details or via a notice displayed upon login.
